Adopt a Storm Drain Process

It is easy to adopt a storm drain in your neighborhood, near your place of work, or near your place of worship, just follow the steps outlined below.

STEP 1 - locate the Storm drain(s) you would like to adopt

Click on the "Interactive Map" link below to determine the ID Number of the drain(s) you would like to adopt and make a note of the ID Number(s) for use in Step 2.

Submit your Adoption Information so we can contact you to confirm your storm drain adoption and answer any questions you might have about MOCO Adopt a Storm Drain.

Step 3 - Clean your drain(s) and Submit ADOPTION Survey

Submit your Adoption Survey after you've cleaned your drain(s) so we can inspect the storm drain and identify it with the MOCO Adopt a Storm Drain logo on the curb next to the drain(s).
